About Morley's Earthmoving
Morley’s Earthmoving was established in 1956 starting in the town of Wellington NSW. We are proudly local contractors that have grown to service the local area of Wellington, Dubbo, and surrounding community for over 50 years.

Morley’s Earthmoving is owned and operated by Graeme Morley and operates out of his farm in Maryvale, situated between Wellington and Dubbo NSW.
In 1956, Graeme’s father Barry founded the business on his passion for bulldozers and his belief in soil conservation on his farm and for his neighbouring farmers. Graeme enjoyed a 30-year working partnership with his father prior to taking over the business. Graeme shares his father’s passion and other family members still play active roles in supporting the earthmoving and farming businesses today.
Morley’s Earthmoving has a modern fleet and experienced staff servicing all earthmoving needs - rural, commercial, civil, and environmental for our agricultural, industrial, local and state governments and residential customers.
We recently set up quarry operations at O’Brien’s Gravel Quarry (Licenced) allowing bulk supply of crushed and uncrushed gravels to our offer.
We highly value and enjoy our customers who have been with us for many years and are excited to build new working relationships and partnerships with new customers in the community.

“Caring about the land, soil conservation and the types of soils used is essential for sustainably protecting our industries and environment. There is more to earthworks than moving soils, rocks, or vegetation with machines. Equally important is the design, surveying, experienced know-how, and environmental considerations.”
